Samsung G810 – new Symbian smartphone with 5 megapixel camera

The Samsung SGH-G810 is a 3G handset with Quad Band GPS, HSDPA and WiFi capabilities. Successor of the hugely popular and well established G800, the Samsung G810 likewise offers high quality features.

Running Symbian S60 3rd Edition operating system, the Samsung G810 slider has a 2.6inch TFT QVGA display and boasts a GPS receiver with Geotagging for location capture of photo’s and then viewing on maps.

The advantage of the Samsung G810 is that video clips can also be directly uploaded to the likes of YouTube without the need to download to your PC first, which certainly saves a lot of time wasting.

The G810 will be available in Europe from March 2008, with an estimated retail price of approximately €580 ($840).
