How to correctly remove the memory card
When removing the memory card from the mobile phone you must remember one important fact.
You must not remove the memory card in the middle of an operation when the card is being accessed. Removing the card in the middle of an operation may damage the memory card as well as the device, and data stored on the card may be corrupted.
First of all when turning the phone off you have to choose the Remove memory card button:
Then you have to remove the battery cover and push the memory card into the device to activate the release mechanism. Then gently pull the card out of your device.
